It allows us to deal more successfully with the industrialisation of any type of process in our factories and enables the commercialisation of the final product in the market in a fast and efficient way.
Our innovative platform, is registered under the name TT&GO®, and allows us to execute the transfer of processes in an efficient way.

We follow procedures that allow the analysis of all the necessary information, supplied by the client or generated by the SUANFARMA team, and preparation of the necessary internal documentation that allows us to advance in each of the steps of the project, minimising the risk.
In the pharmaceutical industry, in order to carry out a process efficiently and with guarantees, it is mandatory to use a rigorous, systematic methodology based on quality criteria. Our platform follows these same principles and allows us to apply our knowledge in GMP manufacturing in both external and internal technology transfer processes, and to all processes, both in development and commercial.
It allows knowledge transfer at different stages of the product life cycle and between the sending unit (SU) and the receiving unit (RU):
o R&D laboratory to pilot scale development;
o From development to commercial launch/manufacturing;
o Customer external to SUANFARMA as lead manufacturer;
o Primary manufacturer external to SUANFARMA as a second source.
TT&GO® offers a comprehensive service: from the transfer and familiarisation process, with the option of development or optimisation, to the subsequent scale-up and commercial manufacture.
