SUANFARMA Italia is Welfare Champion 2020!
Yesterday afternoon in Rome was held the event Welfare Index PMI, promoted by Generali Italy, in which was presented the Annual Report and has been awarded the Welfare Champion 2020.
In its 5th edition, the Welfare Index PMI is the first index of scientific value that carries out analysis and evaluation related to the welfare of workers in Italian companies up to 1,000 employees, a sector that, employing 80% of the country’s workforce, represents the backbone of the national production system.
Every year the conclusions and trends that emerge from these analyses are published through a Report.
On the occasion of the presentation of this Report, an award ceremony was held for the companies that have distinguished themselves during the year.
SUANFARMA Italia received the award as Welfare Champion 2020.
The Welfare Champion 2020 was presented directly by the Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte, who attended the ceremony.
SUANFARMA Italia has deserved the title of Welfare Champion 2020, the only company in Trentino, thanks to the more than flattering scores obtained during the evaluation carried out by Welfare Index PMI, related to several factors, such as the extent and content of the initiatives implemented in the different areas of corporate welfare, the way in which the company involves workers and manages its welfare choices.
In this edition, moreover, an extraordinary survey was carried out on the impact that the Covid-19 emergency has had on companies and their corporate welfare.
The Welfare Champion Award is the second important recognition obtained in 2020 by our company, which in January has confirmed the certification of Top Employer, having qualified as one of the best Italian industrial realities in terms of working conditions for employees.
This is a further confirmation that we are on the right track!
